All applicants need to contact the CEP office @ 715-762-2477. CEP will advise all interested applicants of the different options for going to a local CEP office in their area or coming to the Park Falls office, as well as online options. The applications and tests need to be done at the CEP office and then once a month, CEP brings us the applications and test results. Applicants who score a 75% on the jobfit assessment are then looked at by our hourly and salaried joint-hiring committee. Each committee individual will then indicated “yes, no or maybe” by the candidates name as to if they feel they should be given an interview.
Once they come in for an interview, the first part is our testing here, measurement, basic math and English. They must pass the measurement part to be considered for our reserve pool. Typically, we have 8 in our reserve pool. All candidates that are interviewed, pass the measurement test and selected by majority of the committee are offered a position here, contingent on passing the drug screen and pre-employment physical. If pass, then they are in our reserve pool and called when we have openings.
